Online Hymnal contains 1357 hymns with music in MIDI format. The text files and MIDI files in Online Hymnal are originally copied/downloaded from The Cyber Hymnal with copyrighted materials excluded. As declared in The Cyber Hymnal, it is believed that the materials reproduced in Online Hymnal are public and free.

Since the original HTML formatting in The Cyber Hymnal is copyrighted, Online Hymnal uses completely new HTML formatting. The author of this work declares it to be free to the public.

Although it is believed that everything in Online Hymnal is free, it is recommended to use it for worship in your local church only. For it is possible that Online Hymnal might mistakenly include some copyrighted materials. It is absolutely not permitted to use Online Hymnal for any profit or commercial purposes.

The purpose of Online Hymnal is to make these hymns available to you locally on your personal computer without the trouble of connecting to the Internet.
