Healing the Sick at evening

Matt 8:16; Mark 1:32; Luke 4:40

Matt 8:16-17 (web)
When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons.
He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick;
 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying:
"He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases."  Isaiah 53:4

Luke 4:40-41 (web)
When the sun was setting, all those who had any sick
with various diseases brought them to him;
and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

Demons also came out from many, crying out, and saying,
"You are the Christ, the Son of God!"
Rebuking them, he didn’t allow them to speak,
because they knew that he was the Christ.

What does this reveal about Jesus?

That he is the Messiah of Isaiah 53.

Application:

Although this life is full of suffering, yet Jesus ultimately wants us well, though our ultimate healing won't be experienced until our resurrection, as we are all subject to death and decay in this life.

God does not want devils on His evangelism team! Demons don't have a particular good reputation for telling the truth. But besides this, at this point Jesus was going somewhat incognito, biding his time until he explicit revealed himself as the Son of God before the Sanhedrin, and he didn't want demons screwing up his timing. (Like people giving away the plot to story right in the middle of it)
