Never be lacking in zeal,

but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord
Joy
Be joyful in hope
Patience
Be patience in affliction.

Bless those who persecute you, rather than cursing.

    MORE COMMANDS

Abhorring evil, cleave to good. Not slothful in diligence, fervent in the Spirit serving the Lord Rejoicing in hope, Enduring in tribulation, Communicating to the needs of the saints, pursuing hospitality,

Let every soul be subjected to the authorities being above. Render to all their dues. Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another.

Receive him who is weak in the faith (not into the decisions of reasonings.) Let not him eating despise him not eating. Let not him not eating judge him eating. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind. Do not lose him, for whom Christ died, with your meat. Do not let your good be spoken of as evil. Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of meat. (Do you have faith?) Have it to yourself before God. We, being strong, ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves Let each of us please his neighbor to the good into his being built up. Receive one another as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

Note those who cause divisions and offences, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil.

(If a man is overtaken in any trespass) then you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Let each one examine his own work. Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. Let us not grow weary while doing good. Be angry and do not sin.

Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other according as God forgave us in Christ.

Do not be drunk with wine but be filled with the Spirit. Speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs Singing and praising the Lord in your heart Giving thanks at all times for all things in the name of Jesus Submitting yourselves to one another in the fear of God.

Let you conduct be worthy of the gospel.

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Do all things without murmuring and disputing. Hold fast the word of life.

    Rejoice in the Lord.

Stand fast in the Lord. Rejoice in the Lord always. Let your gentleness be known to all men. Do the things which you: 1. learned and 2. received and 3. saw in me.

Let no one judge you in food or in drink ... Let no one defraud you of your reward ...

This is the will of God: Your Sanctification that you abstain from fornication; that you know how to get a wife in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God.

    Increase more and more;

Be at peace among yourselves. Warn those who are unruly, Comfort the fainthearted, Uphold the weak, Be patient with all. Always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. Rejoice always, Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise the prophesies. Test all things; Hold fast what is good.

Read this epistle to all the holy brethren.

Do not grow weary in doing good.

If any does not obey this epistle: Do not keep company with him, (to shame him) Do not count him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. Perfectly hope in the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ, As obedient children, But As He who called you is holy, : Also be holy in all your conduct, :because It is written, "Be holy, for I am holy." And If you call on the Father, : who impartially judges according to each one's work, : Then conduct yourselves in fear throughout your sojourning here.

As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word.

All of you: Be submissive to one another, and Be clothed with humility. Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God. Casting all your care upon Him. Be sober, be vigilant, resist the devil.

Be even more diligent to: make your calling and election sure.

Since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for the coming of the day of God. Be diligent to: be found in Him in peace, without spot and blameless; and account the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation.

Build yourselves up on your most holy faith, keep yourselves in the love of God, look forward for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life, and have compassion on some, making a distinction; but save others in fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garments defiled by the flesh.

Let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. Let no one deceive you.

If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, : Then do not receive him into your house nor greet him.
